The code table for the PO Line Claim letter has correct addressFrom field.
However, the letter uses a different email address.
Where is it coming from and how to fix this?
The cause is analyzed by the development team.
Currently the Claim letter uses the Library's preferred email address.
For the time being, change the email address with these steps:
1. Click: Alma > Configuration Menu (under: ADMINISTRATION > General Configuration)
2. Click: Add a Library or Edit Library Information
3. Select: "Libraries" tab
4. For [Your Library] click: Actions > Edit
5. Select: Contact Information (tab)
6. The preferred email address for this library is also used by the claim letter.
