    patron data for requests in Analytics

    When we do reports in the Requests subject area in Analytics, we do not see patron data for historical requests. Why are they always empty?


    This is due to the parameter should_anonymize_requests in Fulfillment Configuration Menu -> Other Settings. It is probably set to True. Change it to False in order to retain the patron data.

    Note that it won't work retroactively, so it will only work for requests that are completed from now on.
