What is happening with the HEINONLINE_US_CONGRESSIONAL_DOCUMENTS_LIBRARY

We have an encoding issue in many ISBNs in the latest title lists. This is causing massive problems in Knowledge Bases because every single ISBN13 is incorrectly encoded.

Collection: HEINONLINE_US_CONGRESSIONAL_DOCUMENTS_LIBRARY

Collection ID: 611000000000001822

DBID: ICR

We contacted the provider about this issue. the provider has come up with some server issues on their side.

Now the server issues are resolved by HeinOnline but the changes requested will only be available after their June update on June 26 as per the provider. But while checking after the update we saw that still the issues are not resolved and we are following up with Hein to resolve those issues.

We will check these issues once we receive updates from HeinOnline and then we will update this ticket.
