Libraries using the IEEE Articles on Demand collection may encounter an issue where some records in CDI may not properly receive rights, or may have search results with records that are missing a link for IEEE Articles on Demand. This is because rights are applied for this collection using ISSN and ISBN matching between the KB and CDI, and some titles in this collection do not have ISSN or ISBNs assigned to them. Therefore, the matching does not work for these titles. Fortunately, the content that is missing ISSN or ISBN is minimal, particularly since 2010 (affects less than 0.1% of proceedings published since 2010).

We will update this page if we receive any updates from IEEE that may affect or improve our ability to attribute rights to records for IEEE Articles on Demand.
