    Resolution:
    From the server command line (logged in as user with dtl permissions)
    >>start_w

    Alternatively, you may use the UTIL menu to monitor, stop, start the server:
    >>dlib dtl01
    >>UTIL w (choose the appropriate option within UTIL w)
