Overview

This error message may indicate that you have exceeded the maximum number of users on your Digitool system.

Problem Symptoms

You are trying to access the RD but you get this message:

"System is inaccessible. Please contact your system administrator"

In the www_server_4881.log you can see errors like:
"Licensed users: 000000030
Active users : 000000031
or:
"Error: License limit exceeded"

Resolution

check how many web users can access the RD simultaneously with the command:
>cat $dtle_root/tab/license | grep WEB
If you need more users than you have please contact your Account Manager.

Please Note:

Sometimes there are robots that access the server and occupy the license.
In this case, check your Apache definitions at $dtle_root/apache/conf/httpd.conf
