    Configuring Default Statuses for Citations/Reading Lists

    On the Course Reserves Automatic Statuses mapping table (Configuration Menu > Fulfillment > Leganto > Course Reserves Automatic Statuses), you can configure the default statuses of some citations and reading lists.
    Course Management Workflow Mapping Table Parameters
    Parameter Description Values
    citation_copyright_approved The status to apply to any citation whose copyright status changes to Approved..
    • BeingPrepared
    • ReadyForProcessing
    • InProcess
    • Complete
    • Inactive
    • Declined
    • Leave blank to not change the status.
    citation_detached_from_repository The status to apply to any citation that is manually detached from the repository.
    citation_digital The status to apply to any repository digital citation when it is added to a reading list.
    citation_electronic The status to apply to any repository electronic citation when it is added to a reading list.
    citation_pc_search The status to apply to any repository citation when it is added from Primo Central to a reading list.
    citation_physical The status to apply to any repository physical citation when it is added to a reading list.
    citation_reading_list_complete The status to apply to any citation when its reading list is marked as Complete (the recommended value for this parameter is Complete).
    citation_resolved The status to apply to any citation when it is added to a reading list and resolved by the OpenURL Link Resolver.
    citation_resource_located The status to apply to any non-repository citation that is manually located, located by a job, or located automatically.
    citation_uploaded_file The status to apply to any citation that has an uploaded file when it is added to a reading list.
    cite_it_filter The status to apply to citations harvested using Leganto's Cite It tool according to their URL.
    After setting this parameter, add filters:
    1. On the Cite It URL Domains mapping table page (Configuration Menu > Fulfillment > Leganto > Cite It Filtering), click Add Row, add a regular expression (and optionally a description) and click Add Row.
    2. Repeat as required and click Customize.
    • false - Filtering is disabled. All items harvested by Cite It! have the status Being Prepared (unless otherwise modified by one of the parameters in this table).
    • blacklist - Use a black list. The harvested items that don’t match one of the regular expressions on the Cite It! URL Domains mapping table are set to Complete. All others are set to Being Prepared (unless otherwise modified by one of the parameters in this table).
    • whitelist - Use a white list. The harvested items that match one of the regular expressions on the Cite It! URL Domains mapping table are set to Complete. All others are set to Being Prepared (unless otherwise modified by one of the parameters in this table).
    list_new_citation_in_completed_list The status to apply to a reading list that is currently set to Complete when a new citation is added to the list.
    Statuses defined by the user (see Configuring Reading List Statuses) are not supported.

    After configuring one or more parameters, click Save.
