    Which institutional default users do I need for setting up library-defined QuickSets?

    Resolution:
    There are four basic types of default users that can be used to create Quick Sets (INST = your Institution name):
    1) INST (where INST = the local institutional code as defined in vir00/tab/tab_institute) = for setting institution-wide default Quick Sets for all INST users
    2) INST-GUEST = for setting default Quick Sets for institution non-affiliated Guests (outside the network);
    3) INST-IN = for institution affiliated users (within the defined IP ranges)
    4) INST-<group> = for INST logged-in users belonging to a specific User Group
