A compilation of various tricks for searching Primo.

Feel free to email me (see below) if you have any more!

    ----------

Targeting CDI records from a particular CKB Collection by DBID

Run your search and then change 'any' in the url to 'dbid'

    Original query: search?query=any,contains,IHF

    Change to: search?query=dbid,contains,IHF

    ----------

Targeting a specific known item by PMID

Run your search and then change 'any' in the url to 'pmid'

    Original query: search?query=any,contains,25559091

    Change to: search?query=pmid,contains,25559091

    ----------

Targeting a specific known item by DOI

Run your search and then change 'any' in the url to 'doi'

    Original query: search?query=any,contains, 10.5194/acp-15-8889-2015

    Change to: search?query=doi,contains, 10.5194/acp-15-8889-2015

    ----------

Returning all resources (local and remote CDI) which are marked as Open Access

Run your search and then change 'any' in the url to 'facet_tlevel'

    Original query: search?query=any,contains,open_access

    Change to: search?query=facet_tlevel,contains,open_access

Note: The OA facet is 'special' in not having facet PNX of open_access, as the data is generated instead by display PNX free_to_read

    ----------

Returning all resources in a specific library

    Query: search?query=facet_library,contains,61UQ_[CODE]

nb this applies to any facets, for the format of the facet_[facet name] and then the code
