If you find that the "Pick Up" labels in the My Account screen in Primo VE are confusing or unexpected to your patrons, we have some recommended alternate text that can be used in place of the default values.

You can make the changes in Alma at Discovery > Labels by editing the Library Card Labels table, changing the description for the following label codes, and then saving the change. After saving, the new text will be displayed to patrons in Primo VE.

For the nui.loan.brief.2 label, we recommend changing this label's description to text such as "Owner", "Owning Library", or "Return To" instead.

For the nui.request.brief.2 label, we recommend a more generalized label that would be suitable for both physical and digital requests, for example "Pickup at/Available at".

For more information about how to make such changes, see Configuring Display Labels for Primo VE.
