This error will occur if the Primo Back Office > User Authentication Wizard > PDS_URL_INTERNAL field contains the Primo Front End.
1. Go to the Primo Back Office > User Authentication Wizard
2. Copy the value from the PDS_URL row
3. Paste the value in the PDS_URL_INTERNAL row
4. Click Save
5. Deploy "Authentication Data"
