    Creating new Institution fails

    Problem Symptoms:
    An Error appears In the BO after clicking "Create": "The installation has been defined as having a single institution"

    Cause:
    The "consortium_type" parameter has the value "single-institution" rather than "sharing".

    Cause:

    Resolution:
    To resolve this issue please open a new SI to Primo Support and refer to this KCS.
