ERROR in locations tab- "There was a communication error with the ILS"

Problem Symptoms:
- Error at the Locations tab - "There was a communication error with the ILS"
- RTA is not correct
- "Display Item list filters" (Views wizard > Locations tile) option is activated
- Not Aleph ILS

Cause:
The "Display Item list filters" option should be deactivated for any ILS except aleph

Resolution:
1. In the Back Office, go to Ongoing Configuration Wizards > Views Wizard > Tiles Configuration > Brief Display > Locations
2. Deactivate "Display Item list filters" option
3. Save and Deploy
