Email alerts unsubscribe for students who are not university members anymore

Will the "Click here to unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the alert emails still work for someone who is no longer a member of the University?
Answer
Alerts are stored locally in Primo and clicking on the Unsubsrcibe link on a Primo alert will remove the alert for that email address even if the ex-student is not university member anymore.
