My Account displays blank page

Description
When you log in to Primo and go to My Account, an empty blank page is displayed.
Resolution
API is not properly configured in Institution Wizard
- Go to Institution Wizard, select your Institution
- Check API field in the Delivery Base URLs
- Select your API and Deploy the changes
If no API in the dropdown, you have to configure it in Mapping Tables / Opac via Primo / ILS API configuration, please see:
