Irrelevant records appear with high ranking

Problem Symptoms:
-Irrelevant records appear with high ranking although they do not match the query
-Some relevant records are low the results list

Cause:
Multiple title fields In PNX search section

Resolution:
a. Check the normalization rules for search / title field
b. Keep only field 245 in the search/title field, and move other fields to the search/alttitle field.
c. deploy normalization rules, run update pipe + indexing
