What should I check to ensure the record has been deleted?
Answer
- Check Alma to see if record is suppressed.
- Check the Primo Back Office -> PNX viewer if the record has been deleted.
- If the record is there with Se control ID:3, it is indexing and will be deleted
- Check the Alma pipe to see if the records have been fully indexed and hotswapped
- If the record is there with Se control ID:3, it is indexing and will be deleted
Additional Information
- Navigate to the PNX Viewer, click on view PNX, and scroll down to see the status of the record
- If the record is still discoverable, then open a case in the support portal and include the Record ID and the MMS ID in the case.
