No access" in remote search for signed in users, in SP 2.1.3

Description:
Problem was detected in 2.1.3 which causes the following problem with Remote search access from Primo (all quicksets for the remote search get "No access", even for signed-in users) when 2 PDS are active at the same time (example, MetaLib PDS and Primo PDS).
Resolution:
Hotix 2 for SP 2.1.3 fixed this problem. All later versions of Primo include this fix.
