Question
What does "PID file does not exist" mean in Primo startup log file (primo_startup_all.log) ?
Answer
Basically, when Primo servers are starting up, they are checking if they were shut down in a clean way last time.
If not, and they were shut down with force, like during server reboot, it will report that there was an existing process (PID) which is not running anymore. Then, they will start as usual.
