Primo August 2017 Known Issues

The following table lists the known issues for the new UI in the Primo August 2017 release.

New UI fails to open when any of the tiles is not configured	If any of the views tiles is not configured, the new UI will either not open or a specific tab will freeze. To resolve this issue: Edit your view. For each page on the Tile Configuration (Home Page, Full Display, and Brief Display) edit and save every tile. Deploy the view. If the problem persists, please contact support.
Locations for Aleph and Voyager	Priority sort is not updated by RTA.
Authors display	Change in the design for a long list of authors.
Mobile	Advanced search is not displayed Labels section is not displayed Rendering display issues when rotating the device IOS and dual login – user fails to login after a search was performed Missing PDS “remember me” option Does not work with Chrome on IOS
Imports to Mendeley	When a title with double quotes is imported into Mendeley, the title does not display.
(New UI) Sort option for My Favorites	The sort option in My Favorites is not supported for iOs /safari + Android.
(New UI) My Favorites renumbering of deleted items	The list is not renumbered when items are removed from My Favorites.
(New UI) Sticky facets not saved in My Favorites	Sticky facets are not being saved in My Favorites > Saved Searches and Saved History.
(New UI) Record counter in My Favorites	The record counter in My Favorites > Search History is not updated when a search is removed.
(New UI) Featured Results on Safari iPhone.	Featured Results on Safari iPhone do not display the title.
