    Why is Write-N-Cite (WnC) add-in login not working?

    Write-N-Cite (WnC) add-in was deactivated in October 2025

    Write-N-Cite (WnC) deactivation was announced November 2023, in favor of RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM). RCM offers seamless experience in both Word desktop and Word Online and is continuously developed. Support for document upgrades has been phased out.
