Description

Desired Outcome Goal:
A process to change the retention policy for a set of IEs.

Procedure:
1. Create a set for the IEs you want to change (in management, go to Home > Data Management > Manage Sets and Processes > Set List)
2. Create a Task Chain (From the Administration, Advanced Configuration page, click Repository > List of Task Chains) :
- The task - AssignRetentionPolicyTask. 
- Include the group Maintenance 
- The task parameters should include the retention policy you want to use.
3. In management, go to: Home > Data Management > Manage Sets and Processes > Process List and create a process using the above task chain and the set.
