    Problem Symptoms:
    m4a file not playing with JW Audio Player

    Cause:
    JW Player bug

    Resolution:
    Change the delivery rules, to use the VIDEO player instead of the AUDIO player for m4a files.

    Additional Information

    Should be the same for ogg files
