What is happening with Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. collections in the SFX knowledgebase?

We have recently discovered an issue impacting coverage and usage of Mary Ann Liebert content in our knowledgebase products (SFX, Alma, 360 KB). The nature of the issue required some development work on our side, and that work has now been completed and we have implemented a fix that is now pending release into production for SFX.

This fix is scheduled to be released in SFX revision 20191700 (April 23 for Local installations, and April 28 for Hosted installations). 

We have been working closely with Mary Ann Liebert to resolve the matter for the benefit of our mutual customers, and we appreciate Mary Ann Liebert’s assistance in resolving this matter.

Please note that this lapse in content coverage may affect your usage results, and we recommend that this be taken into consideration for the time period of February-April.

Once the fixes have been released, if you or your patrons are still encountering issues with the title lists and/or linking, please notify us immediately by creating a support case, and setting the priority to high.
