    Summon: Article-Level Content Missing

    • Product: Summon

What happens when I click an article-level link and either the article isn't there, only the abstract is available, or I get an error message?

The two most common reasons for an article-level link not to resolve are:
    • The information that was provided in your search was incorrect. Depending on the database and the data that is required to create the article-level link, it is possible that the citation information that was provided was incomplete or incorrect compared to what is stored in the Target database
    • The database listed has been communicated to Serials Solutions as completely full-text, but in reality it is not.
While in the database, browse other articles and see if the full-text is available. If other articles are missing and they are more than six months old, let us know using the Contact Us tab near the top of this page. We will request to have that journal title removed from the Serials Solutions title list and contact the database provider.
Also, you may contact the database owner and express your concerns.
