How do I request a full catalog load?
When you upload a new, full load of your library catalog to the Summon FTP, please notify us using the Support Portal option so that we may begin our quality-assurance (QA) process as soon as possible.
Include the anticipated record count with your full-load notification.
The QA process takes approximately two to three weeks. We will continue to process all updates and deletes without interruption until the full load completes the QA process.
Once the full load completes the QA process, it will be ingested into Summon along with all updates and deletions that came to us after the full load was initially submitted. This ingestion will completely replace your existing library catalog records in Summon.
