Ulrichsweb: Updating your IP

How can I update my IP ranges for Ulrichsweb?

If you subscribe to Ulrichsweb and not to 360 Core, please submit a case via the Support Portal.

If you subscribe to both Ulrichsweb and 360 Core, you can update your IP range in the Client Center by following these steps:

1. Log into the Client Center at https://clientcenter.serialssolutions.com.
2. Click on Library Settings under the Manage your Library section.
3. Click on Library/Institutional IPs in the left-side navigation tree.
4. Click Add to add a new IP range, or click the red X to the right of an IP range to delete it.
