    01HVD: Concurrent user field should not default to "0"

    Description:
    On the E-product attribute, the field "Concurrent number of users" is blank when the attribute is viewed for the first time. However, if the record is saved, the field is filled in with the number zero. This results in confusion for some users, who are not sure how to interpret this value. The field should stay blank when the record is saved unless a number is added. If a number is added, it should be possible to clear it later and have the field stay blank and not zero. Such behavior would be consistent with other numeric fields in the system (for example, final price on the Acquisitions attribute).
