    License review, license note: no value in Latest update by field

    Description:
    When updating a license review or license note, the Latest update by field remains empty.

    Example scenario:
    1. Create any license.
    2. Create a license review and license note.
    3. Submit the license. Note that the values in the Creation date and By fields are displayed properly.
    4. 5. Log off of Verde and log on again with a different user name.
    6. Update the license review and license note that the first user created.
    7. Submit the license.
    Note: The date in the Latest update field is properly displayed, but there is no value in the By field. The name of present user should be displayed here.
