    Note field should be moved from Library loader input file to Library IPs file

    Description:
    In the input file template of the Library loader there's a "Note" field. This field doesn't exist in Verde UI under the Library's 'details' tab. When entering a value in the Input File in "Note" field, this value goes into the library's 'IPs lists' tab Notes field.

    The Note field should be included in the Library IP loader input file and deleted from the Library loader input file.
