    Steps with similar content in the License workflow

    Question:
    When amending license in License workflow there are two similar steps: "Identify the amended license for linking" and "Link the e-product to the amended license". What is the difference between these two steps?

     

    Answer:

    In the first step, "Identify the amended license for linking," you will enter the license code of the license that should be linked.

    The second step, "Link the e-product to the amended license," you will actually link the license to the e-product.

    The reason for the distinction is that so these two steps can be done by different users with different privileges.
