    The status of Renewed acq shouldn't change when the Sub for Review task is run

    Description:
    The Subscription for Review task retrieves all active acquisition records that are eligible for renewal but are not renewed automatically (renewal type is not Automatic). The task initiates a review process on them.
    An acquisition record is considered to be active if it has an Active or a Renewed status. However, if the record was changed to Renewed, it should not be changed back to Review when the task is run.
