    Under certain conditions, after SP installation, the server does not restart

    Description:
    Usually, after the service pack installation is complete, the server is restarted and an email informing the user of this is sent. However, under certain conditions (when the $HOST variable on the server is undefined), the server does not get restarted and the email is not sent.
    The system should send the email even if the variable is not defined. If the email fails to be sent for any reason, the process should not stop, but skip the server restart step and complete while displaying a message to inform about the sending failure.
