general report – Note fields are sometimes splitting in the middle (line break)

Description:
It appears that in some cases, note fields get split in the output file of the general report and part of the note field and any subsequent fields are pushed into a new excel/csv row. This happens quite rarely and we couldn't identify the exact reason for this yet.
