    Voyager to Alma Migration Query: Bibliographic Records containing multiple $a subfields in the 020

    Created By: Laura Guy (contact)

    When migrating from Voyager to Alma, it may be desireable to identify and review those bibliographic records that have 020 fields with mutliple subfields $a in them.

    Current MARC standards dictate one $a per 020 field.

    This query, which can be run using Voyager Prepackaged Access Reports, identifies those bibliographic records with more than one $a subfield in an 020 field.

    To correct this problem, you may want to manually edit the record.

    SELECT BIB_TEXT.BIB_ID, utf8to16([ISBN]) AS ISBNs, utf8to16([NETWORK_NUMBER]) AS OCLC
    FROM BIB_TEXT
    WHERE (((utf8to16([ISBN])) Like "#########*#########*"));
