ACQ: Edit Approved results in RTEs, inaccurate error

Symptoms
* Type location name into Intended Location drop-down when Edit Approved Line item results in "There are no ledgers for this location!"
* Message may be followed by one of these run-time errors:
Run-time error 457: this key is already associated with an element of this collection.
Run-time error 440: Automation Error
Run-time error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument
Defect Status
Issue VYG-6567 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.0 (due Q4 2015) and higher.
Replication Steps
1. Acquisitions > Orders > find an approved PO with a line item to be edited.
2. Open Purchase Order > Highlight line item > Click Line Item > Edit Approved ...
3. Click on Intended Location drop-down box and begin typing name of new location.
4. Error message: "There are no ledgers for this location!" (but location belongs to multiple current ledgers)
5. For some locations, message followed by one of these run-time errors:
Run-time error 457: this key is already associated with an element of this collection.
Run-time error 440: Automation Error
Run-time error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument
6. Client closes. Any saved work is lost.
Workaround
Select location from drop-down box, rather than type in location name.
