For the purpose of planning for FPC, when are hosted customers' backups run?

Answer

Backups of hosted customers' Voyager installs are run nightly.

Additional Information

*Ex Libris has a 10 week retention policy.
*The restore procedures are tested on an ongoing basis to ensure rapid restoration in case of data loss.
*Backups are only used to restore Acquisitions data after running FPC if Pfpc_save was not run.
