Acq: Shortcuts to open Bindery Maintenance not working

Symptoms

Keying Alt+V+C+B highlights Bindery Maintenance, but users must press enter to open it.

Defect Status

VYG-4751 is resolved in Voyager 9.0.0 and higher.
 

Replication Steps

1. Open Acquisitions
2. Key Alt + V + C + B
3. Nothing happens
4. Hitting enter does open Bindery Maintenance.
5. OR, entering another B (Alt V + C + B + B…) toggles to New Complex Publication Pattern.
