Email record URL is truncated, leaving invalid link in emailed record

Symptoms
- Click link in record emailed from OPAC, receive 404 error
- URL truncated in email record from OPAC
Defect Status
VYG-7541 is resolved in Voyager version 10.3
Replication Steps
- In webvoyage.properties, set option.email=Y
- Search for a bib with an 856 link (record attached)
- Email the bib
- From emailed record, click link. Receive 404 error & note that the link is truncated from the full record link.
