Problem symptoms
ITEM.HISTORICAL_CHARGES greater than count of transactions for ITEM_ID in CIRC_TRANS_ARCHIVE
Cause
Item created as part of initial load and brought into Voyager with count of historical transactions already associated with item record.
Resolution
Working as designed. Items brought into Voyager with a value in HISTORICAL_CHARGES will begin counting in Voyager from that initial value.
