How can a Circulation operator delete bibliographic and holdings records?
Answer
As the Circulation User's Guide states: "Operators may delete item records only from within the Circulation module, they may not delete bibliographic or holdings records."
However, with the proper permissions, Circulation operators can delete bib and holdings records using Pick and Scan. See: Delete Bibs and Holdings using Pick and Scan
