    In Prepackaged Reports, I keep getting ORA-12224: TNS:no listener" errors when I test the connection in Oracle Net 8 Easy Config.
    I've checked that Oracle is listening on my server, gotten the correct port, and everything else is working fine with my database.
    What's wrong?"

    Resolution:
    Make sure that the IP you are entering is the IP of the server rather than the IP of your client PC.
