Can the firewall timeout value be increased for a hosted Voyager environment?
Answer
Yes; submit a case with support with the proposed increase. The request will be forwarded to the Cloud Production team.
Additional Information
If your Voyager server is hosted by Ex Libris, the default timeout setting for the hosted environment firewall is 4 hours.
