Is there an easy way of finding when an operator last logged into Voyager?

    • Product: Voyager
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Multi-Tenant Direct, Dedicated-Direct, Local, TotalCare

    Question

Is there an easy way to find out when an operator last logged into Voyager?  For example, what about the login_audit_trail table?

    Answer

No.  This is not something that Voyager tracks. The login_audit_trail table only captures information about failed logins, not successful logins.

If you are looking to manage old operator accounts, for example in order to delete them, Support recommends you consider using the System Administration module to Expire the accounts of former employees, reset their passwords, and remove Acq/Circ/Cat privileges instead.  That way there will be no related data loss (such as circulation transactions performed, or records edited).
