MS: Day View gives "Database Media Error!" if no 245 in bib

Replication steps:
1. Find or create a bib where the title information is in the 246 field and no 245 tag exists.
1.a. 245 is used to populate BIB_TEXT.TITLE_BRIEF
1.b. Media Scheduling Day View uses BIB_TEXT.TITLE_BRIEF in display
2. Create a booking for the item from step 1 in Media Scheduling.
3. When saving booking, receive error message:
Database Media Error!

4. Click Media Scheduling > Schedule > Day View and will not display.
4.a. If in same session as booking, whatever was on previous screen shows in box
4.b. If new session receive:
Database Media Error!

Workaround:
Option 1: Search in Media Scheduling:
1. From a Schedule view, click Search
2. Date > Booking date > Find Now
3. Booking will display (Title field will be empty)

Option 2: Populate BIB_TEXT for bib:
1. Open record in Cataloging
2. Add 245 tag with title to bib record.
3. Click Save to DB
