How can the data in an exported MARC record file that has been exported by either Voyager Bulk Export or Voyager WebAdmin be "viewed"?

Answer

There are several third-party products that are available to convert an exported MARC record file into "human readable" format. MarcEdit is freely available and capable of converting a MARC record file into ASCII text via its MarcBreaker function.
