Pptrnupdt match on SSN creates duplicate patron records

Symptoms
Pptrnupdt run matching on SSAN; duplicate records created.
Defect Status
Issue VYG-7530 is currently in Development.
Replication Steps
- Import file of records with SSAN fields that match existing patron in the database, using match on SSAN (-iS) or default (which checks for SSN in first record and uses as matchpoint for file if found).
- Patron records imported as new patron records, even though existing records in the database.
Workaround
Import matching in Institution ID (-iI) or using XML Patron Import (PpatronImpX)
