Replication Steps
1. Hierarchy: Bib ID 71644, MFHD ID 69178, Item IDs 72022 and 72023
2. Link Item ID to Bib ID 71643 (MFHD ID 69177, Item IDs 72020 and 72021)
3. Pick and Scan > Changes to Make > Choose any change
4. Pick and Scan > Records to Change > Select Item Barcode, Item ID, or Holdings ID
5. Pick and Scan > Records to Change > All Items on all holdings records
6. Enter MFHD ID 69178, Item ID 72022, or 72023
7. Receive "Run time error '457': This key is already associated with an element of this collection" / "Run time error '440': Automation Error" messages.
8. The client closes
