Expected results: When sending a 98 message back to the program, SelfCheck will report all features supported and not supported through the BX field

Actual results: The BX field does not reflect what’s actually supported through our implementation of SelfCheck.

Workflow implications: Third-party programs that rely on this message to enable/disable features will block off things we actually allow.

Replication steps:
1. Upload and run the attached 3Mtest.pl script, connection information is configured in SysAdmin if it doesn’t already exist
2. When viewing the response of the 99 command (sent almost instantly), the 98 command’s BX field should contain “BXYYYYYNYYYNYNNNYN”. The 9th position should be Y to support Fine/Fee payments

Resolution:
Fixed in the selfchk server for 8.1.1.
