    VOY: Encrypt=Y doesn't work on fresh install

    Expected Results: Client encryption works.

    Actual Results: Clients can't find voyutil.dll to handle encryption.

    Workflow Implications: Insecure.

    Replication steps: Install Voyager clients on a clean PC with no previous install. Set Encrypt=Y in voyager.ini and attempt to connect to a server with Encrypt=Y with Circulation. You will see an error: "Unable to encrypt data on client".

    Workaround: Copy voyutil.dll to C:\Windows\System32 or add the Voyager System directory to the PATH environment variable.

    Resolution:
    Fixed in the Voyager clients install for 8.1.1.
